Memberships can be frozen for up to three months per year for travel or injury. Key fobs are personal and may not be shared.Coaching sessionsSessions can be rescheduled or cancelled online up to 12 hours before the start time. Late cancellations and missed sessions may be charged in full.Shop ordersUnopened supplements and unworn gear can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Digital programs are non-refundable once downloaded.SafetyMembers must follow coach instructions and gym rules, use collars on loaded barbells and return equipment after use.
